Vickie is a founding member of Equis Law Group, LLC. She specializes in lease related matters for shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial warehouse properties. Prior to co-founding Equis, Vickie was a Senior Attorney at Charles J. Benvenuto, P.C. where she was primarily responsible for due diligence review of leases and related documents for the acquisition and financing of the foregoing properties. Vickie is also well experienced in drafting, preparing, and negotiating commercial leases as well as real estate easement agreements.
Prior to joining the Charles J. Benvenuto, P.C., Vickie was a staff attorney at Homart Development Co., a regional mall, power center, and office building developer. At Homart she was responsible for drafting, preparing, and negotiating leases and managing related legal matters.
Vickie is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA)
